Return
Which items can I return?
You can return all products that you have at Max Value Fabrik within 7 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are complete and in an unused and undamaged condition. Shrink-wrapped and / or sealed data carriers will only be taken back if the shrink-wrap film is still unopened or the seal is undamaged. Extended return periods apply to items purchased during the Christmas season.
When will I get my refund?
This depends on your payment method.
Does Amazon offer replacement shipments?
If the item you have ordered is defective and you bought it from Max Value, you can return it via our online return center within the first 7 days of receipt. Before you send a defective device back to us, please check whether the manufacturer offers a solution.

You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum rate is 6.95 euros.
